Dr. Caroline Kavuma Nakidde

The Office of the Academic Registrar is the central academic services and records office of UNITE. The Academic Registrar manages student admissions, registration, and enrolment; coordinates academic calendar activities; maintains official academic records; processes student transcripts, certificates, and awards; and oversees examinations administration across all campuses. The office acts as the link between students, academic departments, and regulatory bodies such as the NCHE, ensuring that academic processes comply with institutional regulations and national standards. The Academic Registrar also coordinates Senate meetings and academic committees, manages academic policies, and provides guidance to students on academic matters. The office is committed to delivering efficient, accessible, and equitable academic services to all students and stakeholders.
